I have extensive experience performing in-ground pool inspections for potential home buyers; additionally I have been building pools for some years now. By attending educational seminars and trade shows, I stay in touch with the latest industry requirements, new developments and technology.
Based in North Brisbane, Summer Daze Pools is a young, innovative pool company who believes swimming pools should incorporate and reflect each individual client’s unique lifestyle.
Just as a home inspection informs you about the condition of the home you are interested in purchasing, a pool inspection informs you about the condition of the pool. Most home inspectors do not offer pool inspections, as this requires highly specialised skills.

The clients have three children, one of which has a special need. The idea of the pool is not just for relaxation, it will also be used as a therapy pool for the special needs of the family.
Clients had a picture they had kept for 8 years on their fridge of their dream pool. The pool was situated on the side of a hill facing Samford Valley.
We first signed up with Summerdaze Pools when we had an empty block of land and a vision. It was really easy to deal with Steve. We called him, he came out and saw our property, we gave him a rough idea on what we wanted and with our house plans, Steve designed a pool that suited our block size, our house and our lifestyle with a large family. As we progressed through the house plan stages, Steve and the Team from Summerdaze kept us informed of what was happening. Steve would check on the progress of our property and took us through each stage step by step as we went. The completed pool speaks for itself. We didn’t have anything to do, it was all done for us. The setup with filtration, lights, waterfall, and water PH balance everything was done for us. It was all included in his original quote. All we had to do was enjoy the pool.
